8.4 fl oz bottle. Pours pale orange with no head. Aroma is peachy and dry acidic. Dry, flat malty and slight acidci with a peach flavour swept through. No sweetness. Ends dry and peach flavoured.

(bottle at Sun Devil). Pours like a peach colored wine with a thin white head. Aroma of dried fruit and somewhat mediciney. Taste is sourish with some sweet, but not as sweet as I thought it would be. Medium bodied with thin texture. Ok beer, but not sour enough and not one I would get again.

I’ll be the first to admit that I was probably way too kind to this one. I’ve had much better lambics, but for some reason I rated this one higher than I should have. Smooth lambic along the lines of Lindemans. A little too sugary. Rated 10/8/04

I’ve had this in my beer fridge for over a year, not too excited to crack it. Pours a flaccid hazy honey gold with a thin foamy head that vanishes quickly. Not a good start. The nose is nice enough-- peach juice (not candy) with a firm lactic yogurty aroma and subtle musty yeast. This is not the same disgusting candy cooler pseudo-lambic a-la-Melbourne Bros. (although theirs is apricot). Sour peach schnapps flavour, with an acidic lactic tartness in the finish. Again, there are strong lactic undertones here adding complexity. The acidity leads to a dry finish. I am pleasantly surprised!

Aroma and flavor were more apricot than peach. A little too sweet for my tastes. Thin finish with some alcohol. Wouldn’t try again.

Bottle. Great aroma, just as the name says. its peach and very appealing. The appearance doesn’t really appeal to me, a little like dirty washing water. Thin lace around the glass. Flavour of peach, alcoholic notes, sweet bitter finish. a little thin. Very much like a cider Not my cup of tea and my first Peach beer.

Pretty poor lambic actually. And it upsets me because this style gets a bad rap. I didn’t like the aroma, smelled like fake apricot. Flavor was weird, like sweetened peach ice tea. Absolutely zero finish. A bad example of a good style.

clear liguid gold, wonderful sweet aroma of peaches and apracot, light, dry, tart, flavor is too subtle and does not live up to the aroma,

Orange with some bubbles. Very sweet aroma of candied peaches. Sweet sugary peach flavor. Not so bad for something so sweet, but it needs more lambic and less sugar.

(25cl bottle) Lightly hazed apple juice topped by a swiftly vanishing head. Aroma is sweet, peach syrup, light tartness. Taste is moderately sweet, peach syrup, some lemon. Syrupy light-medium body, some acidity. Peach is too strong and seemingly artificial.
