Great raspberry odors, tart and very lively. Once you put it in your mouth, you'll wonder what happened to the berries at all. Not very sour and/or tart. Thin and watery. A decent lambic for sitting in the sun and not doing much else, but not for the real lambic crazed ratebeerian.

Cloudy red color. No head. Aroma of sweet raspberries and some brett. Sweet raspberry flavor. Slightly tart. Some brett flavor as well. Slightly watery. This is a fairly nice framboise but I'd prefer it to be more assertive. I don't mind the sweetness, but I don't like how watery it is.

Small bottle...nice colour, decent smell. The good stuff ends there. A sour taste and a very weak tasting beer--especially for a belgian! Don't try this.

Not quite as overpoweringly fruity as their Peach variety, and this had a nice sour aspect to it as it should have, but still a little too sweet for me. It was good though.

A terrific raspberry lambic that’s not quite on par with Lindeman’s but beats all the others. Fairly sweet and deserves more credit than it’s getting so far.

Nice raspberry lambic

Head is initially small, fizzy, light pink, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy dark amber, dense tiny particles. Aroma is mostly raspberry (mostly natural, but rather light), lightly malty (cookie). Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery (almost syrupy) texture, lively carbonation. A bit too sweet, as usual, but perhaps the least artificial smelling of the three Cherish lambics.

Raspberry red in color, minimal head, little if any lace to speak off? Nose is fresh fruit, front is sweet, the top light, extremely acidic, dry, little if any hops noticed. Not bad, but as stated by some raters very ’One Dimensional’. Just makes the top 1000 current beer list at #986.

Cherry red. Overly sweet, and rather one dimensional.

not as good as a lindemand framboise, very sugary and too much like a fruit beverage
