3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: FEB 3, 2007 Bottle from Beer World of Largo, FL.
Huge aroma of raspberries. No sourness in the aroma. Some mild powdered malt notes as well. Reddish hued brown with a lazy bubbly white head. Sweet raspberry fore. Low carbonation. I donít know the age of my bottle, but I suspect it is a few years old. Itís very mellow and more malty than I expected. Almost none of the sour notes in this others mentioned and one would expect from a lambic. Itís not even particuarly tart. Itís much better than my expectation though. It tastes quite good if a little soda-poppy and watery in the finish.

pours a very carbonated with high head that is white with slight pink tone to it. whole pour turned to head as I poured it, very high frothy fizzy head, that was slow to disipate. very sweeet fruity sugary aroma. sweet front like koolaid and spritzy champaigne mouthfeel. great dessert drink, very good and sweet rasberry fruitiness.

Nip bottle from Tip Top. Side by side with Cherish Kriek, and this is much better, which isn’t saying a lot. The kriek is umm, yeah, meh. The raspberry has a huge raspberry aroma. Red color. Very sweet. It’s essentially raspberry soda. I like raspberry soda. Mild tartness.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Virtually no head, some carbonation. Slightly hazy red-purple color, good rasberry nose, not sweet but just about right tartness. Good lambic that goes with rasberry sherbert but the bottle is way too small - 8.4oz for $2.99.

Bottle. Fairly decent for a rasberry lambic. Pretty sweet with a minimal head. Not too bad although Lindemanís Framboise I think has bit more "brightness" to it.

Bottle sampled on 09/26/08 at Night of the Funk because the server looked a bit lonely. This turned out to be a really good beer though! Pours a deep reddish/pink with a light pink head. Aroma is quite nice and inviting: nice sweet raspberries with a slight tartness. Flavor of sugary sweet raspberries but so tasty! Delish!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from small bottle, enjoyed on vacation in San Francisco. Aroma is pretty much like fresh raspberries. Appearance is a cloudy red with a white head. Taste is like fresh raspberries and rather sour aftertaste. Iím not one for lambics but this is pretty tasty stuff.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Tulip.
Appearance: Gorgeous red with thick pink head and nice lacing.
Aroma: All raspberry - tart and sweet.
Taste: Mostly just tastes like raspberries, fairly sweet ones at that. That is some light tartness at the finish, but I am really not getting much complexity.
Palate: Moderate carbonation, fairly light but juicy body, somewhat tart finish.
Overall: This is just pure raspberry juice. Too simple, but no doubt tasty, and quite refreshing.

Quality fruit beer. Good flavor, not too sweet, full of raspberry. Dry finish not too lingering, well balanced if not remarkable.
