Nov 12, 2007 on tap-pours a ? head and black color with red tint. Aroma is dark malt-roasty/molasses. Taste is dark malt-coffee/roasty/molasses, secondary dark fruit, hops. Not my style.

Dec 12, 2006 On tap at the Cheshire Cat Brew Pub. Poured a dark brown color with red edges and a small sized off white head. Aromas of roast and light chocolate. Tastes of chocolate, roast, light vanilla, and a little smokey. Thinner for a stout.

Jan 8, 2006 On cask @ Cheshire Cat poured a opaque black with a lasting creamy brown head. Aromas of roasted malt, bitter chocolate and a hint of coffee. Palate was medium bodied, creamy and smooth. Flavors of roasted malt, bakers chocolate,and a hint of coffee with a smooth, bitter finish.

Jun 12, 2003 Dark black with a creamy brown head. Roasty with a big smoky note. Medium bitterness seems to balance it out somewhat. One of the better Cheshires I've had.
