Aroma is moderately malty (toasted light bread, caramel), moderately hoppy (citrus - orange and grapefruit), with notes of plum and honey. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Along with the Arrogant Brit, another accurate and pleasant English-style brew.
