Nov 12, 2007 on tap-pours an off white head and copper color. Aroma is mild fruit, medium malt, hops. Taste is mild fruit-apple/(some citrus?), medium malt, faint hops. Medium body.

Dec 12, 2006 On tap at the Cheshire Cat Brew Pub. Poured a medium to deeper amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus, light caramel, and floral. Lighter bitterness. Some lacing left of the glass.

Jan 8, 2006 On tap @ Cheswhire Cat poured a clear copper with a small, lastingamber head. Aroma was fruity and caremel. Palate was light and crisp. Flavors of fruitiness and carmel with a mildly bitter finish.
