Ok. Why do this style with such ability? seems like a waste. great head and lacing. Pours ruby translucent. Aroma malty with little else. Pretty carbonated. Leaves slightly sour, slightly bitter. On tap at volos.

A reddish copper ale with a thick lacing brown head. In aroma, grassy nutty roasted malt with light veggie notes. In mouth, a nutty malt with grassy notes, boiled veggies, ok.

On tap at Pepperwoods beerfest. Pours dark brown with just slightly carbonated head. Aroma is slight. Taste is sweet with a bitter aftertaste.

Aroma mild , hint of smoke, dark roast, darker theme backing, tad metallic.
Appearance dark brown with medium plus tanned top. Some lace noted. 3+
Flavor and Palate : dark in character. Mellow with dry roasted barley (Inka barley coffee), sunflower seed with dark base malts. Decent.

Tap at C’est What. Ruby-garnet coloured brew with a tight creamy tan head. The nose is great. Mild toasted malt and a little bit of light roast adding some body. Lightly bready malt base and a little bit of spicy hoppiness. Well-balanced and quite authentic. Very sessionable pint.

On tap at bar Volo. A mild stout with a little roast. Substantially overcarbonated which made it difficult to want to drink. Dark bodied. Likely better on cask.
