Volo Cask Days, Traditional English Styles. Great C-hop aroma. A big white soapy head. Yellow body. Very pleasant bitterness. Centennial hop the brewer said. Good drinkability, clear winner of this round of casks. Medium mouthfeel.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2010 Appearance light-med foggy orange, lacy white fine cap. Aromas light conifer and bitter orange peel. Taste toffee and citrus, light vanilla. Hops are lemony and have a ’wild’ character. Good palate and pleasure to drink on CASK AT VOLO CASK FEST.
