On cask at Volo (old rating from a few months back). Pours a clear orange colour with moderate sized off-white head. Aroma is light floral hops and some fruitiness. Honestly in the taste I got watermelon (!) to go with some modest floral hops and some graininess. Light carbonation. Interesting but didn’t blow me away.

Cask pint at Volo. My friends Jon and Sanya helped make this beer - so cheers!! Slightly hazy amber-gold with a fairly large and long-lasting off-white head. Smells like a a somewhat more floral than usual ESB - cereal grain, light caramel malt, and lovely low-level bitterness - not very "west coast." Taste follows - grainy, floral, maybe a hint of herbal and light resin bitterness. Chewy, mildly carbonated, and a decently long gently bitter finish - a good drinker on cask.
