[4156-20111125] Tap. Toasted fruit skin grains aroma has a bit of a peat mould. Clear, amber red body with a quick foamy white head. Toasted malt grain flavour has a bit of a charred fruit skin thing going on. Medium-full body. Average. (7-/3/6+/3/12) 3.1

Deep amber pour with a creamy white head. The aroma is softly hoppy and piny with a bit of earthy character as well. Fairly toasty malt base with a touch of heavy chewy bitterness. Okay - if a bit resiny

2011-11-25. Crisp dark amber body with a tiny white head . Flavour is quite grainy malt up front. Sort of earthy tea like hops. Decent amount of bitterness throughout. Dont love the hop profile. Similar earthy leafy tea like hops in the aroma, light yeasty touches. Average plus bodied palate. Okay, it is a nice beer but the hops are not entirely to my own preferences. Surprised to find out it used Centennial hops, as I would have bet money it was an English hop, interesting. On tap at Amsterdam Movember Event, Toronto
