Shared this at the belgium beer garden in melbourne the only thing missing was we were not outside in the sun shine enjoying this tasty saison. Not a huge fan of saison as yet but may be with the warmer months creeping in and beers like this I could be trying a few more. Over all from what I remember I found it tasty and refreshing.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, some citrus, a little tart. Flavour is light sour and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Pale blonde color, somewhat hazy. Firm white head. Aroma’s: sour, grassy, retronasal also somewhat sweet, some brett, anise. Flavor is medium sour, light sweet. Light bodied. Finishes medium bitter. Neh.

On tap at Beer Temple. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma is quite sweet, ripe fruits, light tart/tangy, yeasty. Flavour is sweet, fruity, yeasty, tangy, light bitter finish. Light bodied. Too sweet for a saison imo, more of a Belgian blond ale.
