Ok beer, probably the best one I had at the Grain store today. Simple and enjoyable flavours, but not overly complex. Not bad.

Hazy yellow with high lasting white creamy head.
Yest aroma with orange peel, banana, corn, hay. Oily, a bit thin. High class brew. Easy drinking. Fine.

On tap @ Bridge Road. Served a hazy light golden color with a nice head that fades to lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, yeast, herbs and bit of sweetness in the background. Taste is tart, with some herbs and fruit,with a bit of malt sweetness. Medium body, with a smooth texture and nice balance. Quite enjoyable beer.

Big offwhite head. Clear yellow body with light carbonation.
Funky dried fruit and sugar aroma with citric honey notes.
Dry-sweet resiny funky sugary taste with dried fruit and honey
notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish wooden fruity
aftertaste with funky earthy banana and resin notes. Lovely,
drinkable, and interesting. Very similar to Westmalle Trippel,
but weaker. (0.75l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de pommes avec une pointe de citron et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. (draught) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of white pepper, lemons, almonds, straw and pineapple, slightly musty. flavour is mostly the same, caramel, straw and heavy pineapple, with a light lemony tartness in the finish. slightly watery-bodied with soft carbonation.
