750 ml. Quality nose...sweet grass and some funky earth with a really nice yeasty background. Taste is just fantastic, tart and funky, nice crisp hop character and a really clean dry finish. I immediately wanted more. Really solid effort.

Had this beer on tap at the Union Hotel at Newtown. Lovely citrus and yeasty hop aromas. Nice tart finish.

750ml bottle. An explosion of foam, thick and white like a gigantic marshmellow greets you on the initial pour. Very clear and amber in colour with spice, pepper, cloves and some fruit in the nose. Dry on the palate with a spice aftertaste. Quite good and leaves a nice lace of foam on the glass.

A lovely bitter Belgian style beer. I got a bottle (and will get a couple more!) from Crown Cellars and thoroughly enjoyed it. Pungent aroma, sensational appearance - even the bottle and label look classy, great taste, and 1/2 the price of some imports! Well done Bridge road Brewers
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 beardfear (87) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUN 11, 2011
Cloudy straw pour. The funky saison yeast is apparent in the aroma but there’s also plenty of mango, banana, cloves and pineapple. A mildly sour, bitter finish complements the fruity phenolic characters that wouldn’t seem out of place in a hefeweizen. Very refreshing and very easy drinking; a perfect gateway beer to more esoteric Belgian styles like saisons and lambics.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Jessop (126) - AUSTRALIA - APR 12, 2011
Wow what a surprize here. This beer was just lovely, poured hazy and light golden with a white frothy head. It tasted slightly sharp with a fruity somewhat green apple hint. Slightly thin and watery body preceding a acidic and a touch astringent finish.

From the tap at the Local Taphouse, St Kilda on 27/1/2011 (part of a five beer tasting paddle). The aroma is of Belgian yeast, apples and apple pie. The flavour is dominated by green apples and lemon. This one has a nice subtle and refreshing sour/bitterness. Quite nice.

Bottle at the Where the Wild Beers Are event graciously hosted by Mission Dolores. Pours a hazed milky hefe looking yellow gold with a thin white head. Citrus, zest, musk on the nose. Lemongrass, citrus, wheat and musk on the finish.
