COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We made this cider using local Beechworth apples and a French champagne yeast strain. The result is a very dry cider that’s quite mild in flavour and body, but with plenty of character.

Well made cider although a little of the boring side. Dry and almost tannic in structure lifts the beer and it’s needed because the fruits are a little pedestrian.
