UPDATED: OCT 19, 2009 10/10 Draught at the brewpub. It had murky orange body with medium sized head. Weaker estery aroma, cloves, bubblegum and orange hops. Flavor was sweetish wheat, slightly sour from unpasteurized hops which makes it quite strange. Medium to thinner body. First two Chevalier beers didn’t really impress me.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Light palate, semi crisp and semi dry. Mild carbonated sting. Minerals. Mild citrus just dominates the wheaty malt. Semi dry finish with a touch of bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a murky ochre body with a thick big whtie head that went away relatively slowly. Ok clovey nose. Not much of a taste, watery, no bitterness, just some cloves and slightly acidic hop leaving some bitterness. Odd.
