Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellow-golden body, medium sized thick white head that went away slowly. A light lemony nose. Really watery taste, bit bready, a bit grainy, some really nice lemony notes but overall just too weak tasting. That’s what you get what you aim for 5% on 10° Plato.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Hazy gold beer, fluffy white head. Semi dry and semi crisp palate. Marmalade orange citrus. Minerals. A little creamy malt. Crisp finish. Not bad at all.

Bevuta a "Birre al Parco 2011", durante il laboratorio con K; meno interessante del discorso tenuto dal birraio riguardo ai templari

10/10 Draught at the brewpub. It poured murky golden body with medium sized head. Weak aroma, herbal perhaps. Bitterish flavor, slightly papery and feels like a quality beer but it’s somehow strange and pretty thin. Light vanilla malts are here to balance it slightly. Some weird spices in the finish. Pretty fine, would be much better with a decent body weight.

Draught at IBF 2009, Milan, 5% ABV
Cloudy blond color. Nice, delicate aroma of peaches. Dry mouthfeel, light malt flavor, good bitterness. Easy but not bad.
