COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blend of the bittersweet juice of the Dabinett apple with the sharp juice of the Bramley, giving a light, refreshing, still cider.

Looks OK despite a disaster with the cork disintegrating. This is golden and still. Aromas are sweet, yet dry, apple with some woodiness (or cork). Flavours are initially sweet followed by a woody dryness. Nice on the palate as I prefer the still, or less fizzy, ciders. Shame that the cork tainted the flavours a touch.
