[2675-20091231] Tap. Fruity apple berry yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Sour tart cranberry flavour has a lot of fruity yeast. Medium body seems fizzy. Really interesting, not as a pint but nice to try.

2009-12-31. Crisp pale yellow with a modest white head. 3+ Fruity aroma, tart cranberry that could almost be mistaken for raspberry if not told otherwise at times. Flavour is similar, tart cranberry fruit character over pale malt. Fruit actually grows as it goes, with a tart cranberry finish. Average palate suits it. Refreshing, pleasant. On tap at the brewpub

Sample tray. Pale yellow. Good size head and good retention like all thier beers. Lemon scent. Tasty refreshing lemon. I would amp up the Canneberge and the malt.

En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de canneberges. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales avec une pinte de canneberges. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de céréales en arrière goût. (Rating #1969)

Hazy blonde pour with a ring of white lace. Mild aroma of cranberries and bananas. Flavor of tart cranberries and bananas with a sweet finish. The body is light with a slick, oily texture and low carbonation. Not bad.

sampled at the brewpub, yellow honey color, with a frothy white head, leaving laces, fruity nose of cranberries, with an acidic tone from the fruit in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodid palate with a crisp cranberry fruity character, with a hint of wheat, balancing the acidity of the cranberry juice, leading towards a smooth lactic fruity finish.

Tap. May 2004. Yellow beer with a hazy sickly look. Fruity cranberry aroma, more like extracts, overpowering. Malts is overpowered by the cranberry juice. Slighlty lactic in final. Very little hops. Not well balanced, too sweet.

With decorum, cranberries decorate a tasty, bitter honey deck...Smoky mists freely rise from below, as lime trees perfume the humid, still air...A pleasant austral cadence...
