An average ale at best. Kind of tastes like a less heavy Budweiser. The others beers out of this brewery are much better

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pour from a 12oz bottle. Slightly brownish amber brew with generous and dense head. Aroma of caramel, cereal, some tart fruit and maybe a little earth. Taste is sweet up front, some tartness, buttery. Ends sweet with an unpleasant sourness emerging late swallow. Sticky buttery palate. Too sweet, too buttery.. Can’t say I enjoy this much at all.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, brought by a friend from Chicago. Pours a lovely, clear copper coloured beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is grainy, malty and bit skunky. Flavor is mildly bitter, slight citric and has a medium bittersweet finish. Really soft, subtle and easy going, like a decent lager should have.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Slightly murky light orange pour with a smaller white head. Cereal grains, somewhat stale smelling, hint of light fruit. Not good.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear, dark amber with a thick, if not persistent, buff head. Looks more like an ale than a typical lager. Malty aroma has a strong fruity overtone, apple with some pear. Flavor is more pale ale than lager, malty with some fruity notes and a hint of hops. Nothing special, but enjoyable. Body is fairly firm, if lacking fizz. Overall, not too shabby.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
[Bottle] Bright golden pour with a dense white head on top. Notes of cereal grains and a light grassy bitterness in the nose. Flavors of grassy hops, and lighter herbal note, grains and crackers. More bitterness than expected. Good balance. Overall, pretty decent in my opinion.

Not a normal tasting pale lager. Hop taste was week and over weird. Sub par pal lager.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at the Renaissance, Chicago O’Hare bar. I was hoping for something more impressive with this name from a local brewer but I was disappointed.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours light honey color. Healthy white head that dissipates to a foamy finish. Some lacing. Not picking up much aroma. Taste is a grainy bitter. Dry finish. Not terrible, not great, just ok.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Light Copper, Huge Long Lasting Foamy Head, That Left Lots Of Lacing. Faint Hop Aroma. Grainy, Malty, Good Hop Finish, lasting Light Bitter aftertaste. I also had my portion of beers from Stevens Point, WI that were below par but this one was quite good. Whoever says that this one is like a macro, ever did not have a macro in a while and do not remember what they taste or should write me, so I could try a macro that has actual hops in it. Like I’ve said, pretty good for a style that is somewhat bland and is not that exciting. Refreshing and good thirst Quencher. Worth a Try.
