GABF 2010 "what’d you say son?" figure is the same as this Belgian Saison. Bright amber with a thinning head. Aroma is DMS- corn, cooked cabbage, artificial sugar, fruity esters, and some spicy phenol with light caramel malts. Flavor is more cabbage, dms, beans, earth, agave syrupy sugar, almost a slight off infection as well. Meh.

On tap at the brewpub, listed at 6.4%. Clear amber with a nice white head. Fruity nose, tropical and some citrus, a little dust and biscuit. More fruitiness in the flavor, biscuity, a tad dry. Very good and pretty true to style. Wish I could get this regularly!
