Draught at Chicago Brewing Company Las Vegas. Very dark black in colour with a sliver of tan foam. Vanilla and chocolate aromas also carry over into the flavour and the beer finishes dry.

This beer now has a different name but it’s the same beer. Pours black with a frothy tan head from the nitrogen. Very low aroma with some roasted malt. Taste is typical dry stout with predominant roasted and black malts. Finish is dry and clean. Very much like Guiness only not.

Draught sampler. Deep black colour with tan head. Aroma of espresso, smoked meat, chocolate. Beautiful creamy mouthfeel. Taste is smooth, rich, sweet, roasted. Very good.

Nitro - smooth creamy palate. Nice charred touches, some chocolate. Tastey session stout. Tap handle had me believing I was drinking Guinness.

I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh.

Draught at the brewpub. Black, creamy head. Licorice aroma Dry and roasty with plenty of coffee. Fairly light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Long bitterness. A solid standard stout.

On tap at the Four Queens location, and poured with a black/brown color, modest, tan foam that diminished to a ring and film, and left some dots and dashes of lacing. The aroma was roasted, mocoa, and light caramel. The flavor added some dryness, moderate hop bitterness, and some light smoke and wood. Light and smooth on the palate.

On tap at Four Queens. Pours a dark brown with a medium tan head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a roasted malt with chocolate. Thin mouthfeel with a roasted malt flavor with chocolate and light smoke with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink a good dry stout from Chicago Brewing.
