Hazed yellow pour with white head. Aroma of blueberries and medium vanilla. Blueberries, vanilla flavor with a flat blueberry finish. Medium body and a tad fizzy.

On tap a the Chicago Brewery (Fort Apache location) - cloudy gold with lacing on the side of the glass. Not overly hoppy or malty. Just a very smooth fruity beer with a silky mouthfeel.

Draft sample. Poured hazy amber color and an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate vanilla blueberry aroma. Medium body with a thick smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium tart sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Refreshing sweet fruit beer.

A lightly hazed golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of blueberry pulp, not bad. in mouth, a sweet blueberry jam with strange lemon Pledge, a hint of mint, strange. On tap at 4 Queens location, August 8, 2012.

Clouded orangey amber.Hints of bluberry and sawdust on the nose. Nice balanced blueberry blends well with wheat on the palate. Well made fruit beer.

I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh. Nothing special about it is popping into my head at the moment.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, small head. Fruity nose where vanilla and blueberry are extremely prominent. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. An odd beer, bordering to the bizarre - like drinking blueberry pie. In theory this sounds awful, but when all comes around I can’t really resist being a bit secretely fond of this crazy stuff.

On tap at the Four Queens brewpub bar, and poured with a hazed amber hue, modest, off white foam to the head, and light ribbons of lacing. The nose was light grain, vanilla, and then, blueberry following up. The flavor presented more sweetness to the blueberry, which was then mellowed by the vanilla. Nice, but not my style, although my girlfriend loved it.

Hazy yellow with tiny white head. Aroma was blueberries and cornflakes cereal. Taste was blueberries and spices (couldn’t pickout vanilla). Just ok.

Had a sample of this at the brewpub. It had a nice blueberry aroma, if just a bit enhanced. No vanilla. Flavor was pretty much the same but with some clove. This beer is more blueberry than vanilla or wheat. Very fizzy.
