COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On tap now, is Chicago Brewing Company's Vienna lager. German-style beers are made in many different styles, flavors, and colors. CBC's Vienna Lager is made with all imported German barley and hops. Fermented with fresh lager yeast, this Vienna is brewed in the summer and lagered until the end of October, which keeps in the tradition of extended cold storage. It is kept smooth by using a moderate amount of hops in the kettle. With medium malt profile, this refreshing, copper colored brew measures out to 6.2% ABV. A terrific "sessions" beer!

hazy amber, thin splotchy off white head, touch of lace, light malt aroma and flavor, touch of sweetness, touch of toasted malt, a tart fruity twang becomes a dominant character, a cherry vienna?

sampled at four queens location: poured clear golden brown with a large white head. fruity ester nose. palate pushes same characteristics of hopped fruit an sweetness. slight malt backbone with hint of bitterness as it ends. pretty good.
