Jan 14, 2005 Pale yellow; slight haze; decent lace. Nice level of carbonation; smooth, and it has a little chewiness to it. Sweet malt base made me think of honey and light caramel. Very mild bitterness (flowers and herbs). Overall, not bad, but it didn’t have much charisma, and the aroma seemed to be stuck under a glass ceiling.

Aug 18, 2003 Very light colored beer. Some malt from the aroma. Very smooth taste. Not bad but is kind of lacking.
