A Mes rate: Cask at Chelmsford Beer Festival. Dry yet sweet, like it doesn’t know where it should be heading. Possibly the palest looking alcoholic drink I have had this side of gin or vodka. It’s almost that colour. Flavour was ok but only delicately dry. Totally sinkable and virtually no hint of the alcohol content at all.

Dec 06 Sampled from the barrel @ Middle Farm, Nr Lewes. Normally I like very dry acidic tooth stripping ciders. Unfortunately whilst this was dry it wasnt tastily aggressive. Other than the incredibly pale colour the most noticeablt thing was the strength. Seems like a posh version of white cider.
