Hefiger Antrunk mit dezenter Bananennote. Im Mittelteil wird eine saure Note im Hintergrund angedeutet, eine leichte Malzigkeit ist ebenfalls erkennbar. Zum Nachgeschmack wässriger, etwas hefig, trocken.

Dieses Weizen stellt sich optisch gut dar: dunkel und mit einladender Schaumkrone.
Fruchtiger Geruch mit Kaugummi-Nuancen (Geschmacksrichtung Walderdbeer).
Dann, ein insgesamt fruchtiges Trinkvergnügen, bei dem auch Malz und Süffigkeit zum Zuge kommen. Leichte Säure.

Amber color, so fairly light colored for a dunkel weizenbier. Caramel aroma and flavor. Sweetish with banana. Has some characteristics of a Bavarian Dunkel.

Cloudy, dark brown/red colour. Very, very huge thick head (only Duvel comes close so far, for me). Very lacey. Spicy cloves aroma. Very nice pronounced maltiness for a dunkelweizen. Caramelly, hints of cloves, but hardly any banana. Nice.
