COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The noble Weizen from Bavaria. In one of the most beautiful areas of Bavaria, in the attractive Chiem district, brewed with the choicest ingredients according to the Bavarian Reinheitsgebot from 1516, carefully stored and naturally cared for untouched lacy mellowness (or maturity), marks our Weizen beer through its spicy palate and superior wholesomeness.

Cloudy yellow/orange. Medium head. Banana dominates the aroma. Also dominant in the taste. Otherwise a bit bland, also a little bit watery. A little bit too sweet for a Helles Hefeweizen, too. Surely drinkable, but not a good weizen.

Swing top bottle. Opens with a bang. Cloudy with a big creamy head. Flowery aroma with honey and wheat. Sweetish flavor with citrus, honey and banana. Refreshing, but a bit thin.(02.09.2003)

(bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a huge frothy white head. Fruity aroma of banana and peach. Fruity peach/apricot taste with a smooth slight clovy finish. Really not bad.

A rather unusual flowery aroma and taste for being a Weizen, with butter and bisquits and a parfumed & salty aftertaste

A good drinkable beer. A bit flaw tasting. Donot expect something special.

Very nice subtle banana/clove aroma. Tons of head but clearer than the average Hefe. Flavor is not as full - slight banana sweetness but nice palate. Pretty good. (bottle)
