COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special.
The second in our series of limited edition 30th anniversary draught beers. A groundbreaking new recipe for a beer which is pale, almost pearlescent, in colour and dances across the tongue with delicious, summer flavours. Fresh and crisp tasting and soft and ‘sunny’ on the palate with a delicate fruity, summer nose and a refreshing dry finish.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Pale gold, thin white head. It’s an ok golden ale, some biscuit, some bitterness. It’s fine, some lemon. OK, touch of perfume on aroma. Fine.

The proof that a well-balanced ale doesn’t have to be bland. Unusually for Chiltern, has good head retention. A very, very drinkable ale.
