Cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.
Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, milk chocolate, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (030508)

Cask at The Kings Head, The Chiltern Brewery pub Aylesbury, 21-03-08 Chesnut brown in colour with a a thin off white head. Tasted good and quite fruity with a nice tanginess about it. Nice blaance of sweetness and just some bitterness there. Caramel comes through and this isn’t a bad mild at all.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Festival. This was the winner of the best local mild for 2007. Personally I found it bland and watery even for a mild. Very pale colour for a mild. Too much tea and no character.
