Medium.bodied with notes of tar, milky chocolate and fudge in the flavour with sourish undertones. Peppery and roasty finish with notes of milky chocolate. Decent stout. Aroma: very yeasty with earthy and banana smells. Slight cacao and coffee smells. Ripe fruitiness slightly acid, similar to blackberries and plums. Citric hoppy.
Flavors: excessive yeasty and sourness. Earthy notes, maybe from yeast. Fruitiness similar to blackberries and plums. Final with high roast malty, persistent similar to grain coffee. Liquory. Hoppy and dry-herby aftertaste.
Palate: medium body and high carbonation.
Mediocre, too much yeasty.
