Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Dark cloudy brown. Minerally chestnuts and iro and peanut butter up front. Mid sweet with medium body. Fruity with chalk and syrup, rather mushy mouthfeel. Peculiar.

Bottled at Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Pours out in a dark cloudy brown colour with a low fluffy white foam. Roasty chocolate aroma with salty and tarry undertones. Medium.bodied with notes of tar, milky chocolate and fudge in the flavour with sourish undertones. Peppery and roasty finish with notes of milky chocolate. Decent stout.

Bottle, november 07. Sight gusher, opaque black color with a medium, bubbly beige head. Acrid, phenollic/ chlorine flavor badly infected. Light mouthfeel, fizzy and astringent. Nasty. Phenollic/ chlorine aroma with some coffee notes. Impresentable stout.

Bottle from Fukito, BsAs - Sadly another infected beer, a decent liquoricey, treacly flavour was spoilt by the phenols.

Appearance: dark brown color. Great head, beige color, consistent and persistent. Aroma: very yeasty with earthy and banana smells. Slight cacao and coffee smells. Ripe fruitiness slightly acid, similar to blackberries and plums. Citric hoppy. Flavors: excessive yeasty and sourness. Earthy notes, maybe from yeast. Fruitiness similar to blackberries and plums. Final with high roast malty, persistent similar to grain coffee. Liquory. Hoppy and dry-herby aftertaste. Palate: medium body and high carbonation. Mediocre, too much yeasty.
