Cloudy golden body with a white head. Strong floral, herbal and yeasty aroma with yeast and citrus, the same goes for the flavours. Moderate to light sweet, moderate to light bitter. Dry-ish on the palate, medium body, lively carbonation.

Fruits, épices, malts, légère amertume. Riche en bouche. Assez différente du reste de la gamme de la brasserie.

Bottle:   Dirty straw, thick and hazy, large foamy white head, nice lacing.   Spicy nose, bright, seems coriander and orange zest.   Very zesty, almost to the point it gets artificial, yet its Chimay, so it seems authentic and without artificial aspects.   Spicy start, citrus based, zesty, coriander, lemon grass, with a bright pale yeasty bit. &bnsp Very interesting to say the least.   Spicy and yeasty is how I would describe this one.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Hides the 10% well.   Finishes spritzy, yeasty, bready, with a nice spicy background.   Clean, and different.   Good stuff!
