Bottle. Hazy golden colour. Yasty aroma with notes of grain and fruit. The taste is also yeasty, but this time with notes of floral hops and grain. Medium carbonated.

Very interesting in taste and aroma. Sour notes with some citrus peels and something grassy. Sweet in the finish.

Copenhagen 14/3 2016. 33 cl chubby little bottle from Fakta. A golden version of Chimay. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm of foam. Aroma is sugary with a lot of citrus and fresh green Apples. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavour is sour and a little bit spicy. Citrus and ginger. Quite sugary aftertaste. Not my favourite Chimay. Too much sugar and artificial citrus.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour, big frothy white foam head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of grain, fragrant, lipsalve, fruity, banana, yeast. Taste is grainy, floral fruity, sweetish, with banana, citric & yeasty notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy spicy light bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Thanks E! Pours sunset golden with just a bit of an orange hue and huge foamy white head. I am having as the second beer in an Abbey flight (single, dubbel, tripel, and quad). The aroma is beautiful, sweet Belgian yeast and a bit of ginger so smooth and some grassy hay notes. The flavor brings some sweet Belgian yeast as well and a lighter but full body perfect for the style.

Bottle at home. Nicely cloudy yellow colour, white creamy head that leaves a nice, stable lacing. Creamy malty ale, banana, lightly hoppy with some citrus. Good body, lively carbonation. Enjoyable.

Hazy and blonde. Thick head. Fruity aroma with light yeast, and a mellow pale malt character. Fruity, apple, pear, and complex esters. Subtle balancing bitterness. Tasty brew.

Pours hazy orange-amber colour with a medium white head. Intense and complex on the nose. Aromas of yeast, fermented fruit (mostly apples), some grass and hay along with some spices. Medium bodied with a light carbonation. Taste is kinda sweet, fruity and spicy-like with a nice, barely noticable bitterness at the end. Medium-long lasting aftertaste.
