On tap at Taphouse. Served at fridge temperature into footed snifter reveals a hazy light golden body one finger white head that recedes somewhat, leaving film and lace. Aroma has notes of belgian yeast, baguette, pepper, and a hint of bubblegum. Oily texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a lingering bitter finish.flavour is dry, with a moderate bitterness. I can’t say that i would want to be stuck on a deserted island with this as my only beer.

Night_Cap (54) - Southern Highlands, AUSTRALIA - JAN 26, 2016
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2016 Bottle 330ml. Served at cellar temperature. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a dense, foamy white head that lasts wonderfully. Aroma is bready with orange citrus, dried pineapple, coriander, clove and notes of floral/grassy hops. Flavour is a light floral/grassy hop bitterness with coriander, white pepper, bready notes, orange peel, pear, a touch of straw and a dry finish. Light to medium bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel and high carbonation. Amazingly complex considering the ‘low’ ABV! Would make for an amazing session beer!
