A beautiful unfiltered brew that had the color of a dirty cheerleader; Lt blonde and hazy. Aromas of peach carmel, rasin and fig with beautiful yeastiness like fresh sourdough bread!. Very very clean on the palate. nice yeastiness again with hints of fig and carmel apple. Gorgeous! Thank you Skyview!!

33cl. bottle at De Kulminator: Hazy meduim amber with a thin but very creamy off-white head. Hop and yeast notes covered in a fruit blend where no single fruit can be called out. Some underlying malt and character sugars gives the aroma a little more substance. Simple aroma but good. Mild malt character in the mouth followed by an equally mild hop character. Aroma has more hops in it than the flavor does Some tea-leaves and a watery caramel take over towards the end. The finish is long with some low hops and more tea-leaves. Good solid accessible beer.

Received 330ml bottle via trade with Papsoe. Pours a hazy caramel amber brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of caramel malt, tart apple peel, caramel, some sourdough bread, and brown sugar. Taste is medium bodied, very light carbonation with flavors of powdered caramel malt, a touch of raisin, some peach and light lemon zest. Finish slightly sweet, with a chalky caramel and yeast aftertaste flavor.

(bottle, thanks for sharing this Skyview!) Pours out brownish-orange with no head whatsoever. Aroma is fairly strong of peach, raisin, and brown sugar. The flavor is really non-existent in the beginning, but the finish brings some white peach, light lemon, and a taste of tea as well. Medium mouthfeel. A decent beer.

Poured from a 330 ml bottle. Greyish apricot orange body; very murky with no foam. Aroma is a fresh unbaked sourdough with honey and apricot syrup. Sour apples, pear, brown spices; yeasty tartness really comes across strongly. Sprightly touch of juniper or pine needles sharpening the edge. Flavor is very soft and reserved; acetaldahyde, vanilla, sourdough, tart yeasts, paper, and banana. Sparkly palate is dusty and fruity as a good belgian ale ought to be; finishes with the dry, sandy tart-sweetness of Orval quite nicely. Understated throughout. Thanks for sharing, Bob!

[Bottle, big thanks to Skyview for bringing this hard to get beer!] Pours very hazy brownish-amber with no head. Aroma is green apple peel (not in the way I have smelled with some infected bottles of beer, just fresh green apple peel), caramel, and a hint of raisin. Taste is quite tart with caramel a little bitterness and a good deal of toasted malt towards the finish. Medium mouthfeel with a long finish. An interesting beer, but overall I wasn’t particularly impressed.
