UPDATED: DEC 21, 2013 On tap at the Chimay pub. It poured a hazy yellow liquid with a small white head. Lightly malted with a fruity aroma. Light body, medium carbonation and fairly smooth. An easy to drink beer that should work well with food. Re-rated after trying a full bottle and raised the score from 3 to 3,6.

Nice fluffy head smells better than tastes. Lively on the tongue almost like a a Duvel hefe, hops and banana but still flavour is muted. Like a summer ale but the flavour is just beyond reach.

Bottle at Craft Beer Co tasting, thanks to Matt. It pours hazy straw yellow, with a thick white head and lots of suspended sediment. The nose is pear, peach, green apple, bread and light spice. The taste is hay, straw, yeast, spice, toasted white bread, dough and light citrus. Medium body, smooth mouth-feel and fine carbonation. A flavoursome brew.

Thanks so much Olivier! Hazy yellow gold, thin soft white head that lasts. Nose is grass and pepper, dusty and with a lemon zest ring. Flavor is very herbal, perfume with light yeast and pepper before the citrus wall that washes in the finish. Soft, ultra-fine carbonation though the doughy end. Supremely drinkable and refreshing with just the right amount of complexity.

Test vom 20.2.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche
