Very well balanced intricate Blonde. Drinks beautifully and despite being lightly hoped and at under 5% this beer still has a complex character. There are few other beers that I would rather drink as a session beer. Can’t wait to get my hands on more.

Draught at Porter and Sons, Tel Aviv. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of bubblegum, coriander and flowers. Sweet floral taste, followed by soft bitterness. Light body, for a Chimay, but medium otherwise, fairly carbonated, sweet and chewy finish.

hazy yellow colour, huge, long lsting off-white head; arom of some basement, citruses, floral and peppery notes, hints of fruitiness and some soap; taste of citruses, malty sweetness, some grassy hops, and yeasty notes; very refreshing - perfect choice for a hot summer evening

(bottle) cloudy yellow - beige colour with a small whit head; aroma of lemon, then spice, then jam; balaced, neutral flavour (or, paraphrasing Homer ’hello, hello, taste -where are you?); creamy palate

330ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a dish water color topped with a white head. Nose is nice a great spice note lemongrass citrus and some bread. Taste is more of the spice lemongrass citrus and a nice bread.

Piana biała, średnio pęcherzykowa, sycząca i dość szybko znikająca do niewielkiej pierzynki, barwa jasno złota, mętna. Aromat typowo belgijski - brzoskwinie z trawą cytrynową i lekko stajennymi nutami plus nieco przyprawowości.

Cloudy, golden tope in color. Earthen, slightly spicy malt aroma. It all sort of dwindles into an underwhelming experience from here. Boring finish of apples and pears.

Fairly disappointing & the worst offering I’ve had from chimay. Starts off w/ a cloudy gold pour w/ a nice white retaining head that leaves lacing. The aroma is kind of lightly spiced. The taste is somewhat dry & surprisingly uninteresting. It’s ok on the palate but I expect so much more from these guys!

Too soft on the taste. Has a somewhat of bananas and orange in the nose. It tastes really light; could be more prominent. It seems like a waste if you are looking for a good beer experience, but a good choice on a daily base.

Bottle at James’ 10k tasting. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Musk and soft malt on the nose, soapy. Medium bodied, heavily carbonated. Musky, citrus, a bit of yeast. Gently musk on the finish.
