May 12, 2009 Pours a hazy gold color with a nice white head. Strong taste and cloudy gold color with nice white foam. Nice bitter taste and flavors of vanilla. Nice long blend of flavors. Excellent beer.

May 10, 2009 Another impressive beer from this brewery. typical Belgian wheat flavour, but what makes this beer so impressive is the high alcohol content that is not evident in the taste. In fact, I was surprised to see that this was 8% ABV.

May 6, 2009 Bottle, 33cl. Pours an unclear orange/golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is fruity and yeast. The flavor has fruits, yeast and a little alcohol. The palate is a little bitter, but still balanced. Overall this beer is easy drinkable, dispite the alcohollevel.

Gentle pour shows a hazy light orange color with a full inch and a half of thick white head that clears slowly to leave a thin layer of head and plenty of lacing. Nose of candi sugar and sticky sweet fruity phenols. Sweetness very heavy on the nose. Flavor does away with the overbearing sweet nose; crisp spice notes of coriander and some orange spice. Grainy yeast sharpness. Smooth tamed sugar sweetness and fruity boozy phenols. The nose may have been simple and sweet, but the flavor is incredibly deep and complex. Palate is full with some creamy sweetness. Suprisingly crisp finish. Overall... well, shit, it’s a superb brew. The nose disappoints a bit, but that is basically forgotten once the flavor is experienced.

May 3, 2009 Draft - Poured a slightly hazy golden amber in color with a decent white head. Aroma is strong of spicy hops, citrus, some dark fruit and bready Belgian yeast. Flavor follows pretty closely. Finish is spicy and slightly bitter. Really good...

May 3, 2009 Pours a hazy deep gold. Sweet nose, spicy, cloves, some banana. Flavor is spices, floral spiced hops, sweet candy sugar. Nicely carbed.
