3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rigtig lækker tripel, lys, ufiltreret og rig på skum. Dejlig gæret aroma og sødlig smag, som dog har en bitter afslutning. Lækker og meget tilgængelig øl.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
11.2oz bottle poured into a goblet. Strong banana and clove aromas jump out right after I finished pouring. This was accompanied by the smell of fresh baked bread, some hints of vanilla and some spices (some black pepper perhaps?). Near mid-glass, the dominant aromas turns to raisin and honey. It pours a hazy, straw gold color with a creamy, pillowy white head that retains well and leaves a decent amount of lacing down the side of the glass. Medium levels of sweet and bitter balance nicely on the tongue with maybe a touch of sour (maybe a touch of astringency?) tucked away in there. It’s a medium-full body beer that feels syrupy smooth, creamy and buttery going down - helped in part by a soft carbonation. Some buttery and caramel flavors come forward on the tongue with some berry and light fruit flavors. It finishes somewhat dry, but clean, with a mellow roastiness and some resin qualities as well as a light alcohol warmth. The roasted and resin qualities stick around for awhile in the aftertaste.
