[On tour with svoger, svogergylp and adenila.] Bought in Berlin. Country #96. Not that bad for a beer from the deepest desertplace on earth. Pilsnernotes, straw, caramel, slight hops and slowly drinkable.

Bottle share at Leighton’s Stratoflat. Thanks to Daniel for this obscure one. Light haze on this pale gold beer, tiny white head. The superlight malts are slightly papery. Mild sweet citrus. Papery semi dry finish. It’s not great but we had worse tonight.

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is grainy, paper, sweet sewage, rice and polluted water. The taste is sweet, grainy, watery, butter, sugary and paper with a short, dry finish. Light body and average carbonation. Very poor indeed.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
33cl bb10/2015, Maruhn. Good pale yellow pour, macropored. Near-floral beginning upon first whiff, then soon enough mainly cardboard box which has contained sand cake biscuits at some point. Turns hay dry, herbal extract bitter, then vegetal-bitter on second sipping. Maybe not quite the beer that will make you pray for another Mongolian horseback invasion, but a much more drinkable faceless international pale lager than expected.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear yellow, airy white head. Weak, malty aroma. Sweet, malty flavour. Carb is rathet high and this could be refreshing on a sunny day. But it’s probably forgotten by then.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
The color is clear pale golden with white head. Aroma is week malt, bread. Taste is light bitter. It’s a bit fizzy at first, but it disappears quickly and gets watery. Sticky texture. Ok.

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Pale golden colour, one inch of sticky white head; aroma of some grain, cardboard, sweat and soap (!?!?) - quite disgusting; taste of malty sweetness with some sourish notes - some gulp is more than enough
