This bottled sake from a bottle shop poured a extremely small sized head of frothy medium sized clear colored bubbles that were and left behind a uncarbonated transparent clear colored body with a light yellow hue and no lacing. The mild aroma was rice and floral. The mildly vinous mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild vinous aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of sweet rice and mildly vinous. A decent one and one that I would consider buying again.
