Bottle - White grape, funky citrus and yogurt. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Lots of yeasty Brett and pale malt. Nothing but a Brett bomb.

Sample @ RBWG, Asheville. Hazy deep gold pour with a modest white head. Earthy saison yeast, summery countryside. Boiled grain and some woody funk. Melon and pear summer fruits. Quite dry. A bit of pepper. Buggy tang. Light body, nimble on the palate. Nice.

Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick frothy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt, fruit and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and grassy hops. The finish is fruity with an herbal hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

A bit of a gusher. Hazy gold pour. bread, lemon, peach in the aroma, funk, grains. slightly spicey while drinking this - oak (oak aging?) lighter fruit, sour candy, somewhat earthy. A very unique drinker.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of slight tartness, some pale and lightly caramel malts, light bitterness, and some light fruits. Flavor the same with a nice blend of it all. Average texture. A pretty cool beer, but could be more flavorful.

Tasted on 2/7/14, Friday night RBWG Asheville, from a corked and caged 750mL bottle, thanks to Derek. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a massive white head that slowly recedes to thick, smooth lace. The nose is tart lemon with a ton of funk and spicy brett. The flavor is the same tart lemon up front, very dry, funky, and spicy. The body is light with nearly sparkling carbonation and a long tart, funky finish.

750 ml bottle shared at the RBWG roach motel tasting. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a bone white head. Notes of wine grapes, lemon citrus, sweet and pale and bready malts, and some doughy funk. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a funky, dry, tart mouthfeel. Really nice saison.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice biscuit, bready notes into some grass, spice, earth, touch of peach, pear, white grape, lots of nice white fruit. Taste is a mix of white fruit, grass, pine, hints of peach, pear, slight spice, earth, oak, slight biscuit, bread, finishing fairly dry, bitter. Tasty.
