UPDATED: AUG 28, 2014 Bottle: Hazy & muddled straw-yellow with a foamy & soapy white head that lasts for a while as a nice little layer. Aroma is tart & sharp apple skins, light lacto & acidity, with a bit of Brett on the back-end with some wet hay, funk notes. Taste is dry & funky with lots of Brett, wet hay, some tart lemon skins, & a good bit of wet cotton & funky cheesecloth. A little overly dry & abrasive at times, almost astringent.

[Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m] Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a huge diminishing fizzy white head. Nice yeasty, floral and herbal aroma along with light hops. Refreshing, tasty flavour is herbal, yeasty and has a hoppy bitter finish. Nice and dry. Average bodied. I really liked this.

2015-06-12. Crisp yellow body with a nice white head fades. 3+ Aroma is floral and grassy. Flavour is relatively dry, pale malt core, lightly alcoholic. Lingering something I can’t place. Average bodied palate, moderate eff carbonation. Decent. Bottle courtesy of Travlr.

Shared with Cindy. Pours a very cloudy orange-light brown with a thick head. Lacing. The aroma is grains, cereal, grass, hay, spices, citrus, and funk. The taste is similar with the unfiltered grains making for a chewy grainy beer, citrus notes, lots of grass and hay, yeasts funks, and some bitter hops. Moderate carbonation, medium body, chewy. Overall pretty good.

Bottle... Pours cloudy and yellow with a small, tight, white head. Excellent retention. The aroma is citrusy, offering lemon zest and table cracker with a trace of clove. Medium to full-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor is bready and moderately bitter with a spicy clove-like phenol. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler!

Bottle, shared at RBAG 2014. Cloudy yellow, creamy off white head. Aroma of celery and funk. Pale malts, Betty with vegetal undertones, a tad thin and lacking in character.

Pour is heavily hazed golden amber with a fluffy bubbly off white head. Nose is fantastic, loads of citrus, assumedly Brett, nice peppery balance and a softer Saison yeast to it. Taste is also darn good. Tons of citrus up front with a fair bit more Saison farmhouse funk to it. Gentle pepper to balance. Moderately dry finish, well carbonated and lighter body. Finish is a hint light, maybe due to strong carbonation, still awesome.

Golden and opaque. Big brett aroma, some farmyard, hay, grassy stuff. Taste is quite funky, with some wheat or rye..spelt i guess.
