3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Bottle) Pours an even amber color with a small beige head. Spicy and malty aroma. Taste includes some muted spice, as well as lots of malts. Notes of pepper, candy sugar and rich caramel malts. Good palate, with low carbonation. Balanced for the most part, but gets a little sweet in the aftertaste. A great beer!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Much better than my first experience with this brewer (Belgian Quad) but not by much. Pours a murky brown with a soda pop head, foamy then gone. The aroma was some fruit and a bit of caramel. No funk or sourness in the nose or taste. Taste was soda sweet with the same carbonation. This will be my last from this brewer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bottle shared by a BeerBeggar after a trip to Tulsa. This was a remarkably well made brew, right to style. Has nice malty backbone, which was accentuate by pear and other muted fruits. Strongly yeasty yet malty and drinkable. Had a medium body. It drank very well, was well made to style (it was definitely not a Saison and more of a BdG, for my understanding of the styles). I want to drink this again.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Hazy copper-orange, thin off-white head. Moderate sweet Belgain ale aroma, slight caramel notes. Sweet grain taste, mild caramel, light spice. Decent, no real distinct flavors aside from malt sweetness.
