COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The German city of Leipzig is home to one of the world’s most unusual styles: Gose (pronounced "goes-ah"), a tart wheat brew. Despite a centuries old lineage, this eclectic brew recently faced extinction. We pay tribute to this style’s rich history by using premium German pilsner malt, wheat, a dash of coriander and salt. The sourness and dry finish are the perfect treat on a hot summer day. Cheers, Michael Lalli

Bottle shared at tasting, pours clearish golden with light head, not lasting. Lemons, salt, wood, wheat and yeast dominate the smell and taste. Light to medium body. Salty and tart.

Draught at the Tapwerks Bricktown, Oklahoma City, OK. Shared with deyholla.
Clear golden colour with a tiny white head. Sweetness, fruitiness and malt in the aroma. Sourness and maltiness in the flavour. Thinnish. Not very Gose like. I just love proper Leipziger Gose but unfortunately this is not very close to that.

Bottle shared, poured a cloudy golden yellow color with aromas of wheat, light fruit, some saltiness, and a touch of wood. Flavors follow suit, light and refreshing, a solid beer over all.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with small frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is sour fruit and grain. Thin mouthfeel with light sourness and salt in the finish. Easy to drink, very good.

On tap. Lightly hazy and golden with a small head. Aroma of lightly tart cherry, wheat, citrus, and wood. Flavors of cherry toffee, oak, citrus and a bit of fish sauce. Medium body has medium-high carbonation and is well balanced with sweet, salty, sour and umami notes.

Tap at Savor. Slightly rancid apple pie on the nose...in a good way. Underripe red apple on the palate with a distinct oatmeal note. Tasty and odd without the saltiness I’d expect of the style.
