Tart, dry, has some heft and body to it from the wheat. salty, touch of citrus character, could sip on this all day. Has something on the back end that sets this off.

Bottle. Yellow hazy. Funk, sourdough, yogurt, orange peel. A bit of coriander, barnyard. The body is a bit funky, tastes a bit like freshly squeezed oranges (with pulp). Really nice drink.

Thanks to drabmuh for bringing this bottle to compare with the Cascade Winter Gose. Served in a SAVOR wine glass.
The pour yields a medium golden brew with a nice fizzy white head and a bit of lacing on the way down. The nose carries a good dosing of coriander and citrus with a bit of salt in the background. The flavor adds quite a bit of salt, though doesn’t take it over the top. Nice coriander and spice plus some orange peel. Light, crisp body with a faint acidity. Nicely done.

The beer is transparent and light orange colored, with a half inch of white head. The aroma offers white grape juice, grape skins, white wine, spice. The flavor resembles ocean water. Salty and earthy. Lingering sea salt in the finish. A bit of a puckering sensation in the cheeks. Very bold flavor. Definitely recognizable as a gose right off the bat. A very good example of the style, I would definitely have this again.

pours a hazy, ruddy yellow/amber with a thick white head. Aroma is pretty much like a lightly soured pilsner...crisp hoppiness...citrus...with mild soapy notes, grassy with light maltiness. Flavor is much more sour than the aroma suggests...acidic and lemony with some musty funk...wheaty. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a tart dry finish. Interesting and tasty!

Bottle thanks to Tommy. Hazy yellow. Nose is lemony and wheat. Taste is very tangy and bitter with hints of salt and spices. Nice!

Sampled at GABF 2012 with Moreau and Andrew. Pours a light body with thin white lacing. Aroma is light tartness and faint fruit, pretty plain. Mouthfeel is slightly tart with notes of sour fruit, spice and a touch of salt. Ok Gose.

Copper orange color, off white head. Aroma is floria coorinador, salt, wheat, Gatorade, and good. The taste is salt, dry, spice, wheat, and tart.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden orange color with a medium sized white head. The aroma has tart citrus, wheat, herbal, coriander, dry hay, with lactic notes. The flavor is tart citrus, wheat, herbal, some spiciness, salty, with some lactic notes. Medium bodied, dry finish. .
