We call her "Sakura Washington" a Dark Cherry Abbey Ale. Estimated at 6.2% ABV. Tastes of caramel, coffee, chocolate, vanilla which will fade as the sweet, fruity cherry character emerges through the finish, the ale is dark, sweet and yeasty typical of Belgian Abbey Ales.

Draft. Hazy dark amber color, mrdium off white head, fair lacing. Aroma of caramel and summer fruit. Taste is brown bread and subtle cherries. Not bad.

Nice dark pour that was semi see-through. Hint of red/copper in the head that was thin but did lace well. Taste was sweet and malty with a little hint of cherries and alcohol. A nicely done and easily drinkable Belgian Abbey.
