Má vyrovnanou chuť, jemnou hořkost, granátovou barvu a hustou pěnu. Vhodné ke konzumaci při různých oslavách, přátelských setkáních a rodinných akcích.

Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, cookie, sweet bread. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, brown sugar, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140815]

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle at yespr. Clear orange red coloured with a medium sized off-white ehad. Malty aroma of caramel and bread with notes of hops and butterscotsch. Sweet flavour of caramel and bread with notes of dried fruits and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

GBBF Day 4. Keg. Clear deep amber - brown beer. Big fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crisp. Sharp minerals. Sweetish and mild dark malts. Lacto creamy sweetness. Little chicory coffee and dark chocolate. Whisper of dark fruits and spice. Airy crispy finish.

Bottle, 4.6%. Mildly sweet aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Big semi-stable brown head. The flavour is nicely sweet at first, turning creamy with a roasted finish. Gets a bit too sweet towards the end, but I managed to finish it without any problems.

Keg at GBBF ’14, day 4, 15/08/14 as Chotebor Dark. Dark mahogany meets chestnut brown with a moderate light beige covering. Nose is toffee, dark malts, light hop notes, touch of spice. Taste comprises treacle toffee, light cocoa dusting, candied sugars, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent dunkel.
