Bottled. Nuts and chocolate in the nose. Bittersweet chocolate, well balanced, but there could have been more dryness and bitterness. Nice complexity. A little liquorice and coffee.

draft at pivovarsky klub in prague. lightly hazed cola brown colored body. nut and coffee ground nose with small notes of rubber/petroleum. cola-like sweetness, resembles some kvass i’ve had but without the bile. decent texture, nothing of note, just a little oily. medium body. a little too sweet and all around a very simple recipe that doesn’t really show off the czech brewing tradition.

Yaaay I got to add the brewery and the beer and be the first one to rate it even though it’s from another country. Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Poured an extremely dark brown, black almost body with a thick off white head that went away slowly. A pleasant nose, coffee, roast, some light caramel, sweetish. The tase is sweet, with almost sugary notes of caramel. Some roast and some weak weak lemony notes round things up. Sweet but not assertive and a very pleasant surprise.
