Tükrös sötétbarna/rubinvörös szín, tejszínhabot idéző, tartós bézs habbal a tetején, amely vastagon kicsipkézi a pohár szélét.
Szárított gyümölcsöket idéző aromájában karamell, kovász és pörkölt maláta, testességén érződik pasztőrözetlen mivolta.
Keserédes befejezése viszonylag hosszan tart, fanyar gyümölcsös, gyógyfüves és barna kenyérhéjat idéző ízekkel.
Jól kiegyensúlyozott, tetszett.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6728) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 8, 2011
Opaquer cola- to chestnut coloured beer; small beige, slightly irregular head. Rainwater, wet dog but also malt syrup, bready and leafy; suggesting serious sweetness. Way less sweet than expected, in fact, serious punch of bitterness, both roasted and chestnut - of the horse persuasion. Gets sweeter all the same once warming up, returning to the bready aromacomponent. Bit empty, watery; just hints at grist slickness. Long bitterish aftertaste. Surprisingly bitter - which doesn’t spoil anything, of course. Many thanks to Honza!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 auvajs (143) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAR 8, 2011
Bottled, brought from Třemošnice. Relatively sweet, no bitterness, caramel. Even though I love dunkels, I wouldn’t bother drink this one again. Not very interesting but good balanced, I must say.
