Bottle: Copper to amber coloured, fluffy - slowly collapsing and leaving rings on the glass - off-white head; nutty and malt-bitter nose; moderate dryish sweet-bitter flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; sweet caramelly finish, balanced by a lingering malt-bitter aftertaste with a slightly hoppy touch. Very fine stuff!! ČESKÉ PIVO ČISLO PĚT SET !!! Českému pivu zdar........

On tap at the appetit festival 2012 in Pilsen. Plenty of roasty character with some coffee notes; nutty brown; plentiful bitterness; quite characterful for a polotmavy which too often is a style which is neither one thing nor the other - this one definitely leans towards being a tmavy

Keg at the food festival out by the zoo. I love how this photo is clearly of a bottle taken from the reduced items fridge at Zly Casy. 15 CK - bargain. Pours a woody chestnut Brown with an off-White head. Definitly leans in the direction of a Tmavy in that it has familiar roasty malt character and coffee notes. It’s still pretty easy going though. Served cold on a hot day, this was a treat. Nice thickness to the mouthfeel. Very nice.

Bottle from Pivo Sörvendéglő, Bp. Clear reddish brown colour with a whipped creamy, pale brown head, which collapses slowly to a film. Sweet-tart nose. Caramel malt based aroma escorted by tart fruits and grassy hops, mouthfeel’s slick. It finishes medium to long with spices, toast and citrusses. Good!
