Světlý ležák obdařený příjemnou vůní, vyrovnanou chutí chmelu a sladu, s krátkým osvěžujícím nahořklým dozvukem. Je vařený podle staré české tradice, má zlatavou barvu a hustou pěnu. Je určen pro opravdové labužníky a příznivce tradiční české „dvanáctky“, k přátelskému posezení a k různým společenským a kulturním akcím.

My Bottom Line:
Toasted malt cookies and a honeyed coulis dip into herbal, spicy hops and their bitterness for a dry, quenching Svetly.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam sits atop the dark golden with amber highlights.
-The flavor profile is appropriately balanced.
-Malt flavors are nicely extracted without having to come from residual sugars.
-This is another one of those Svetly Lezaks aiming at being an Urquell replacement, and it is doing a fine job at that.

On tap at Zly Casy, Praha.

On tap at Zly Casy (02/03/13). Clear gold pour with a nice frothy white head. Leafy hop aroma, light caramel notes, grain husks. Flavor is smooth, definitely a very light touch of caramel in there, toast, fresh bread, hops are fresh and leafy. Really good silky palate, dry. A premium example.

(bottle) pours a clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of cardboard, grass and light cough syrup, with a hint of straw and bubble gum. flavour is mostly straw and herbal hops, quite dry and slightly harsh, again with a hint of cardboard, some nettles and a pronounced bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, picked up at pivoteka in Pilsen. Golden with a light head; aroma of wet grass with hints of white pepper; plenty of bitterness with a chewy malt character. Another very good offering for a quality brewery

On tap @ Dark gold beer with creamy white head. Smell after hop and malt. Taste is very complex and full. Mainly bitter hop and malt. Beer is quite sharpness and have pretty well drink-ability.

(Draught at Merenda, Prague, 28 July 2012) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with crisp-bread, toast and orange peel. Malty, slightly toasty taste with notes of bread, cereal, hints of orange peel and a fairly dry finish with a spicy bitterness. Medium body, fairly dry. Quite nice and tasty.
